Working out technologies for Measurable career and professional development for a wide range of professional fields allowed to generate interest at all in their evidence conclusion: “managing successful society — a system of support for personal business achievements of its citizens”. How and why massively manage what is traditionally considered to be a private matter of the individual — personal business success? How to integrate the management of massive personal achievement with the objectives of social and economic development of the state?
