The Bank of Russia has long ago defined the problem of information security as one of the main components of the banking system stability.

The article says about the attempt to find the answer to the question: which strategy is the most perspective one – that of diversification, specialization or universalization, based on the principle focus. Special attention is paid to the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the strategy variants mentioned above and to the factors of increased significance of the letter in modern conditions.

There are always risks and uncertainties. Any type of financing may be based on assumptions, which in their turn may turn up to be wrong.

Today the population of Russia is in a situation when any, even the most effective, reforms can be implemented only on the assumption of immediate rescue of the labor potential of the country.

Under present conditions a balance between government regulation and free market relations is required.

“Classic” example of forcible change of socio-cultural, political, ethnic, national, religious identity, completed almost before our eyes, is the phenomenon of Kosovo.

Taxi is convenient, but very expensive and one can run into a carriage, driven by a migrant wit two-day driving experience. You can rent a car and drive it yourself, if you can drive and like to do it, and if you know the city in addition. But what if not? The most efficient way — to rent a car with a driver. Similar scheme we used in aviation, creating the “Jet travel club”.

When people ask me: “What is the policy of the theater and its main objectives?” — I respond: “Getting close to its title”. As much as we shall be Russians, as far as we shall be the Orthodox, so far we shall correspond to the high title of “spiritual theater”. This is our endevour.

Even in the late 1990s here publicly sounded the slogan: “Let us not allow to destroy collective farms!” And they did not allow it, but in the end it ended badly: both reorganization was not carried out, and the farms were not preserved either…
