Information, “canned” in a particular medium or carrier can be delivered anywhere, but it makes sense, if is carried out in a period of time, at least an order of magnitude shorter than the life of a person (generation).

The lack of serious work with the identity of national elite and bureaucracy leads to the fact that the identity of bureaucracy is formed not in the Weberian sense, but in today’s Russian or African demonstration – corrupted, infinitely greedy, comprador, unqualified, unpatriotic.

The 100th anniversary of defense of the Osovets fortresses is approaching. This defense is one of the most glorious pages in the history of the Russian army. Representatives of all the peoples of the country – Russians, Belarusians, Ukrainians, Poles and many others – took part in it. All of them showed an example of military valour and heroism. Their unprecedented heroic deed is worth perpetuation.

A state without nuclear potential is unable to provide adequate resistance to aggression and intervention.
