The author is a Ukrainian citizen, who cannot and does not want to stay away from what is happening. The article describes how the media owned by big capital are brainwashing the Ukrainian people, setting it against Russia, assuring that its multinational population is the enemy of Ukraine and its occupant.

Late XIX — early XX century is a key stage in the pre-revolutionary history of Moscow: population influx in the context of the all-Russian urbanization, economic growth, housing problem and municipal government development were creating many new pressing urban problems, one of which — the uncontrolled development of the city center with multi-storey apartment buildings. As a consequence of the occurred situation new compulsory regulations of the municipal government were developed, the work on which lasted from 1911 to 1917. Examining materials of Commission on compulsory regulations development, for the first time introduced into scientific circulation, it is easy to trace a number of insurmountable contradictions between different groups of the Moscow population represented in the City Duma.
The article presents the author’s calculations of the tax burden in specific sectors of Russia’s economy. In result of the industry analysis of the tax burden in Russia the author identifies tendencies of inter-branch tax burden distribution. The article classifies directions of strategic tax reforms in Russia to implement the strategy of real innovative development and to enhance investment attractiveness of the economy.
The article deals with the reform of the RMB (Yuan) exchange rate, determines its steps and main guidelines, gives analysis of the corresponding legal and institutional changes. The reform of RMB exchange rate represents a unique experience of structural changes in the economy, particularly during the financial crisis. Today we are witnessing the Yuan progressive strengthening in the global economy. The author concludes that strategic goal of the reform is progressive transition of the Yuan to free convertibility and its acquiring the status of the world reserve currency.
The article is an expanded alternative version of the document presented in 2011 at the conference on David Boje’s contribution into organizational studies and especially the Boje’s concept of ante-narratives (stories about the past). The main focus of this article is the overlay of stories about the past on the organizational grammars spectrum.
Article dwells on methodology of complexity concept application in modern scientific discourse. Noting impossibility of its use in a well-settled blurred and eclectic form, the author proposes to differentiate this concept by three arguments: syncretic and combined complexity, complexity of system and complexity of specialization, and finally complexity of structural elements and inter-elementary links. This differentiation sets a fundamentally new methodological optics in analyzing a wide range of phenomena relating to both the natural sciences and humanitarian areas, as well as to the problem of evolutionary dynamics.

It analyzes contradictions between various approaches to firms study. It substantiates the method of practical confirmation or disproof of the dynamic capabilities concept.
It is easier and cheaper to prevent any disease than to cure it. Today most of us understand this clearly. Healthy lifestyle politics has been adopted by the state. Disease prevention priority is emphasized in the state program of public health development, in a number of federal and capital laws. Creating healthy lifestyle conditions, development of physical culture and sports are unifying people and contributing to patriotism and pride of the own country. In her interview the Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Tatiana Yakovleva dwelled on the need for preventive health care and its possibilities.
The XXII Olympic Games are over. The FIFA World Cup is up ahead. All these sports milestones represent tremendous opportunities for promoting and cultivating a healthy lifestyle. Now it is very important to maintain such spirit that after the Olympics it should be prestigious to go in for sports, and especially for own health. We need to build a complex system that would contribute to sports skills development of children, that should allow to distinguish among them talented and promising athletes from an early age, beginning with pre-school institutions, where there are practically no classes of physical training today. How to be correctly and properly engaged in such prevention measures and on whom to rely to a greater extent — on medicine, health care, doctors or yet on ourselves?
