Cadastral Valuation Suits Neither Citizens nor Business

President of Russia V.V. Putin gave an order in the first half of 2018 to take a decision on changing the scheme of calculating the tax on individuals’ real estate and of determining the housing cadastral value so that it should not exceed the market one. According to Raisa Vasilievna Karmazina, deputy of the RF State Duma, the first deputy head of the United Russia faction, it is necessary “not to revise the tax legislation, but to improve the Law on Appraisal Activity”.
