Our country’s leading economists almost unanimously note the need for the earliest possible saturation of the domestic economy with financial and human resources to ensure its real growth. That’s why in the present conditions specification of organizational and legal forms, within which the process of filling the national economy with the above resources will take place, seems necessary as soon as possible. To this end, the author proposes to apply domestic and foreign experience of creating special sectoral investment funds (under the insuring guarantees of the state).

More than eighty years have passed since the ruling elite of England, France, Italy, Germany, and Czechoslovakia signed the Munich Agreement — a treaty that destroyed the integrity of Czechoslovakia. In the era of the “post-archive revolution of the 1990s” emergence in the scientific circulation of new, previously unknown documents has caused a new round of interest to this event among historians and the public.

In the first quarter of the XXth century, just like nowadays, the issues of reorganizing Russian economy were addressed. The most important scientific work of the early XXth century is considered the book of V.I. Grinevetsky. His colleague in the Moscow Technical School N.F. Charnovsky, an outstanding scientist in the production organization sphere, the author of the world’s first manual on management, also contributed to creating the country’s economic power. The article attempts to answer the question of why namely N.F. Charnovsky, as one of the participants of the Industrial Party process, was executed in 1938.

Sleep is a mysterious, not fully studied state of the organism, but it is quite clear: a person, for one reason or another being regularly deprived of sleep, is deprived of all the great possibilities that sleep gives. The science of somnology, for our country still exotic, deals with a variety of sleep disorders, the reasons causing them and the ways to overcome them. There are very few specialists in this area. Rehabilitation is one of the Central places in the system of world medical and social problems. Returning to work, socially useful activities of persons with temporary or permanent disability, prevention of disability and improvement of the quality of life of persons affected by industrial accidents, as well as persons with occupational diseases or risk factors for their development is an important state task. The system of medical, social and professional rehabilitation requires improvement.

This article is devoted to the author’s method of competitiveness management at the macro level. The article deals with modern approaches to the establishment of competitiveness factors on the basis of correlation analysis and the introduction of the concept of competitiveness management at the macro level based on the creation of strategic business units. The implementation of these author’s proposals will significantly improve the competitiveness of the machine-building complex of the Republic of Belarus through the use of progressive approaches in management.

The article analyzes implementation of projects by design department of the defence-industrial enterprise. As the main objects of study were chosen: projects (R&D, mass production); design department labour resources, implementing projects; tools for automation of management and implementation planning of the design department’s projects. Based on the assessment results, conclusions were drawn up and recommendations were made on recompensing multiple interrelationships of the head of the design department.

This article presents a multi-factorial regression analysis of budgetary efficiency of the special economic zones functioning in the Russian market. Special economic zones are the current form of public-private partnership in Russia, which has got significant development prospects. Public-private partnership is one of the most important institutions of economic relations between government and business, being among other things one of the key tools for investing into development of the real sector of economy. On the other hand, at present the social and budgetary efficiency of special economic zones in Russia is called into question by the state. Specific factors affecting the efficiency of special economic zones development, as well as their degree of influence, often remain unclear. In this regard, it seems important to study the budgetary efficiency of special economic zones through the prism of specific macroeconomic and specific factors published by the Russian Ministry of Economic Development. The study time frame covers the period of 2012-2016. Based on the results obtained, it seems possible to have more clear and deep understanding of the areas for developing interaction between the state and business in Russia.
