The Russian professional appraisers community has every opportunity to overcome those crisis effects, that are taking place at the present time.

Evolution of this profession in our country went along with the development of international standards system. So we did not have to “reinvent the wheel” in the sphere of assessment methodology.

The most prepared for self-regulation are appraisers. But even they had to gain experience of voluntary selfregulation in order to learn how to develop standards and to clean their ranks regardless of external conditions.

From the very start the Russian Society of Appraisers identified those key areas that were successfully evolving over the successive years.

In three years we have created the basis of the Common Economic Space, which will undoubtedly contribute to the competitiveness of our economy, will stimulate economic growth and expand our opportunities.
