Comparative analysis of the development strategies of healthy food companies

The article presents a comparative analysis of Russian and foreign companies of products for healthy food. The main characteristics and directions of development, ways of functioning, strengths and weaknesses of retailers are investigated. As a result of the analysis of the main factors of creating a successful company in the field of providing healthy food products, the authors propose strategic development directions and operational actions for the studied companies under the influence of unstable external factors.
