Artificial Intelligence Technologies: Means of Influencing the Mass Consciousness of People within the Framework of a New Social Reality

The purpose of this article is to identify criteria for the influence of artificial intelligence technologies in payment systems on the consciousness of the population as their main user. When reviewing technologies, methods of scientific analysis were applied: the method of analysis and synthesis, abstraction, generalization, description, induction, deduction.

The article dwells on assessment of the implementation and impact of technologies based on artificial intelligence. It is shown that at the moment a situation has arisen where artificial intelligence tools have the opportunity to manipulate human consciousness. Accelerated development of human interaction in the virtual space resulted in both positive and negative consequences of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in payment systems within the framework of the new social reality. Based on the identified advantages and disadvantages, criteria for the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on the consciousness of the population were discovered and identified.

Strategic Challenges and Trends in Human Capital Management

The author of the article summarizes the key current trends in human resource management over the past two decades, regularly analyzed by various research and consulting companies.

Based on the assessments of a number of foreign and Russian experts in the field of HRM, three groups of these trends and factors, that determined them, are identified: 1) related to the changed business context, the labour market and the need for qualified personnel; 2) related to new digital technologies and tools; 3) related to organizational culture and HRM ideology.

These trends have a significant impact on human resource management strategy.

Unified Precision Time System for Power Facilities and Control Centers of Eру Power Grid Companies

Tougher requirements for the accuracy and reliability of the system time scale (TS) in the electric power industry, as well as changes in the geopolitical situation, have caused the need to revise the existing methods of TS organization. “UEC” JSC has developed the Methodological Recommendations “Unified Precision Time System at High-Voltage Network Facilities”. The article reveals the current method of organizing power facilities of the power grid companies in the Russian Federation. Results of the analysis of the need to improve reliability of the TS organization and to ensure the required accuracy of time signals, as well as proposals for their implementation are presented.
