The article considers the classification of Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems. The role of AI has increased significantly recently in all areas of life. The use of AI in public administration, in production, in medicine, in the military, in the social sphere, etc., raised a number of questions related to the definition of AI and classification of AI systems. Classification of AI is necessary to understand the role of AI in the digital economy. Classification becomes important in the context of intensive development of international standards for AI systems and knowledge-based systems (expert, neural, multi-agent, cyber-physical systems and systems based on the industrial Internet)

The article presents a new vision for solving the problem of managing economic security of the socio-economic system in the context of a developing knowledge economy through the strategy of systemogenesis for labor activity knowledge. The strategy of knowledge systemogenesis allows to see the labor activity of the socio-economic system holistically, taking into account possible alternatives and evaluating these alternatives in the context of formalized systems and subsystems of subjects’ labor actions. The strategy is focused on maximizing utility of the consumed knowledge of labor actions in the face of an ever-increasing amount of knowledge and differentiating its quality in the sense of utility. This allows to manage the economic security of socio-economic system by optimizing the total and marginal utility of the knowledge consumed in your own systems and in competing with respect to the subject of management ones, as well as to protect own interests in a developing knowledge economy from the control effects of competing management entities

On the initiative of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) in the “Main areas of activity of the Government of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024”, approved by Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev on September 29, 2018, a separate section was introduced to define a range of tasks covering all aspects of the development of intellectual property, the most important of which is to create a system of public services comfortable
for rightholders.

 In the published block of interviews on strategic issues three global strategic topics converged: what is happening to the human brain and human health, how social turbulence rolls in wave after wave, and that a new model of economic development is being worked through step by step. All these topics are “around-zero” ones. Each of them promises tremendous changes. It is already possible to begin to predict their scale and impact on our everyday life, but it is impossible to imagine them like all the “around-zero”.

Error begins from Plato, who placed the truth into intellect, which cuts to human being cognition of Nature, the Universe, the God, as they seem to us external objects located outside the mind.
