The impact of government support measures on the innovative activity of companies in the Russian Federation

The scientific article presents the advanced experience of leading foreign countries to activate innovation. It was established that mainly organizations for the development of innovation use direct and indirect support measures. The principles of activation and support of innovative activities in foreign countries are shown, the main tools for state stimulation and activation of innovation in foreign countries have been identified.

State support for social entrepreneurship at the meso-economic level using the example of the Republic of Tatarstan

The scientific article summarizes the main provisions concerning the status of social entrepreneurship, including criteria for the number of employees, the wage fund, and the category of working citizens. The main measures of state support are classified using the example of the Republic of Tatarstan, including financial measures, consulting, and leasing.

Ecological and economic aspects of the use of natural gas in Russia as an energy carrier

Given the significant reserves and resources of natural gas, the potential for the development of the Russian economy at the present stage should be based mainly on the gas component of the fuel and energy balance. The article analyzes the state of reproduction of gas reserves in Russia and its rational use. The main trends in the development of the NGV market are considered, and the economic and environmental prospects for the use of compressed and liquefied natural gas as a NGV fuel are substantiated.

Modern innovative environment provides many opportunities for managing competitiveness of the national economy. Experience of managing competitiveness in the innovation environment seems useful in terms of studying the factors of innovative development and identifying promising directions of the national economy of the Republic of Belarus, in particular, the machine-building complex. As the objects of research, the author selected such countries as Korea, Japan, Thailand, China and Singapore.
